Our Core Values
Customer Service: We employ and train the right people to deliver exceptional customer service.
Safety: Safety is ALWAYS taken seriously, through hiring, training, retraining, and retaining qualified drivers. In addition, we use rigorous screening techniques, including drug/alcohol testing, criminal background screening, and medical certificates by FMCSA qualified Medical Review Officers. We do not limit safety to the highway; we utilize extensive safety systems in all our equipment maintenance programs.
Reliability: Our maintenance program and procedures are state of the art. We take great pride in providing equipment without service failure. This performance ranks us as the “best of the best” in our industry. In addition, we have developed an impressive support network utilizing a network of repair facilities to ensure quick responses to any situations that occur on the road to keep your freight moving.
Integrity: Above all else we value HONESTY AND INTEGRITY and all our employees are aligned and adhere to the highest standards. We go to great lengths to ensure our culture shines through our team members by retraining those who may be lacking a specific job skill, and give second chances to team members who make mistakes. However, we DO NOT tolerate dishonesty, and we will immediately investigate and dismiss those who violate our or our customer’s trust.
